just a little blogging durring a workout haha
Had to resync my ipod, so i cant go to the gym yet
since i download tv shows as entertainment at the gym, i have to sync all of it to my ipod so i can actually watch them
well my ipod is being irritating and not syncing certian shows saying they arent compatable with my ipod even though the last like 3 episodes worked fine lol
so i had to restore my ipod in attempt to get it to work and it didnt. so now i have to sit here and and wait while it resyncs 5 days worth of media lol
Walked 3miles on the treadmill today
what have you done today? I’m curious lol
also debating on some boxing…hmmm
GASP!!!
I totally just remembered that I have a can of gatorade mix in the kitchen! i can take that to work and a gallon of water and save money on buying anything and not risk me buying soda.
go me! lol
First weight goal
when I get to 170lbs I am going to invest in some nice Nike shoes to workout in lol
these generic walmart brand walking shoes arent cutting it haha
I feel odd saying this but IM GLAD IT’S MONDAY
I can actually go to the gym. lol
I got sidetracked helping my grandmother yesterday and didn’t get to do some boxing like i had planned before work.
I can go to the gym today though so that doesn’t matter.
So I am off to the gym to burn off some more weight :-)

Sunday is usually my rest day since my gym is closed….but
Since I didn’t go to the gym Friday and I couldn’t go yesterday I am going to attack my heavy bag for a while.
Take out some of my frustration BEFORE I go to work haha.
I am happy though. Went to the gym 4 days and lost weight. I was shooting for 5 days but I just didn’t go Friday :-/
Oh well I WILL go 5 days next week. Possibly 6 since I don’t work Saturday.
Either way, I just hope I lose at least another pound next week. I would like to lose 2+ but lol I am shooting for 1 that way I wont be disappointed if I only lose 1.
If I were to cut my soda out completely and drank way more water I would probable lose a lot more. But I am doing a lot better on drinking soda. I used to drink like 5+ 20oz of Mt Dew or Pepsi a day and now I only drink like 2-3 20oz bottles of Sprite a week. I would say that is a pretty good accomplishment lol
Oh well, off to do some boxing lol
