but this is my new way of tracking my weight. it will be up in my room for my to see at all times so it is also a form of motivation.
any weight i lose will be marked in blue and any weight i gain will be marked in red.
my gyms weigh ins will be a bit different that my weekly weigh ins lol
my goal is to get to 166lbs by the time i have to erase it and write all new dates. So I have to lose 12lbs in 13 weeks. Do-able right? that is my goal at least. In all honesty my goal is to lose as much as possible but i dont want to shoot for some crazy unrealistic goal.
since it is good to shoot for 1lb a week, thats what i shot for lol. Although with my history, it is possible for a while i could lose anywhere from 1-4lbs a week. not every week but i have lost 4lbs in one week before lol
