Im 22yrs old.
Currently trying to make the number on the scale to go down (or to the left. hence the blog title)
I cant seem to keep my motivation.
I'm short. 5'2" to be exact.
I started at 200 pounds and i never wanted to be that heavy again. I am here at this weight again and I am really depressed about it. I kept ignoring the fact that I was gaining the weight back and now I have to face the facts. Hopefully it serves as a wake up call and kicks my butt into gear. I lost 20lbs the first time, I can keep going this time.
